Caleb Sanderson, LMT
With a background as a personal trainer and coach, Caleb views the body as a vehicle which is adapted very specifically to reflect our athletic pursuits and daily movement patterns. His approach is to assess and identify patterns within a client which have either led to injury and dysfunction, or are likely to do so in the future. He then works to improve mobility and reduce pain, while keeping the global patterns of that person’s system in mind.
Caleb incorporates multiple styles into his practice- including trigger point, myofacial, Swedish, and deep tissue. In his own time Caleb pursues a variety sports, including rock climbing, running, power and Olympic lifting, as well as gymnastics. His passion for movement inspires him to focus his practice on helping others to enjoy active lifestyles in a sustainable manner, by preventing injuries before they happen and speeding recovery post-injury.
