Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes & Sequence
Vinyasa Flow classes focus on proper alignment, conscious breathing, and mindfulness. Classes are set to music and begin with a warm up through Sun Salutations. The flow progresses into sequences that build strength and flexibility, improve balance and concentration, and encourage union of breath and movement.
All levels of practitioners are welcome.
Each Vinyasa Flow yoga classes and sequence is led by our wonderful office manager and certified yoga instructor, Hannah.
Hannah’s love for yoga blossomed in the backwoods of Maine, where she was born and raised. After earning a degree in Creative Writing, she moved to Boulder, Colorado. Her practice started with a book but was transformed by her teachers. Hannah teaches Vinyasa Yoga Therapy, Yin, Vin-Yin, and Aerial Yoga. She believes the energy we cultivate on our yoga mats transfers directly to our lives off the mat. In her classes, Hannah offers a safe space where students feel held in their practice. Her teaching style is meditative, creative, and playful. She encourages curiosity, laughter, and exploration of your most authentic self.
Hannah has extensive knowledge of the anatomy and yoga techniques to help the most novice get started or experienced yogi expand their practice.
